Automation Board
Three grounded automation bets from the CRR meetings and data room, plus live lanes for intake, routing, evidence, and approval holds.
Only the three highest-leverage bets made the board.
Pulled from the meeting transcripts, employee discovery plan, compliance manual, and CRR operating docs. These are suggestions, not claims that the automations are live.
Zero-touch intake funnel
Why it matters: Compress referral lead → credit report → qualification → calendar booking from a multi-day manual chase into a same-day handoff.
Data-room evidence: Bob described Zoho form alerts, manual credit-report chasing, Sean qualification, and Tam discovery scheduling; meetings flagged this as the two-week leak.
Safe pilot: Start read-only: mirror Zoho lead intake, request/report status, qualification checklist, and calendar-ready brief. No client promises, no external sends without approved copy.
Gate: Needs approved scripts, MyScoreIQ/report access pattern, and CROA-safe language.
Compass credit-report auto-parser
Why it matters: Remove the highest-friction case-work step: hand-keying trade lines, balances, limits, and dispute notes into Compass.
Data-room evidence: The meetings explicitly call Compass autofill the capacity unlock; Tam/Corliss currently read MyScoreIQ/TriMerge reports and type details by hand.
Safe pilot: Build a parser against sample reports and produce a human-review import sheet first. Only write to Compass after code/API access and shadow-mode accuracy are proven.
Gate: Needs Compass code/API access from Bob/Eric/Credit Nerds and GLBA-safe NPI handling.
Referral nurture + affiliate autopilot
Why it matters: Protect the referral-partner secret sauce while scaling it: 200+ partners, 40 manual follow-ups/day, plus self-serve affiliate links.
Data-room evidence: Sean’s relationship engine is revenue-critical but manual; Roc/Eli specifically discussed affiliate links and partner self-service as the fastest growth loop.
Safe pilot: Segment partners, draft approved follow-up sequences, track referrals, and surface hot replies for Sean. Keep relationship replies human-led until consent and templates are approved.
Gate: Needs partner list export, commission rules, affiliate link mechanics, and email/SMS approval.
Compass access is still the big technical unknown: Bob may need Eric/Credit Nerds or AWS/code access before writes are real.
Compliance rails must be explicit: no score/time/removal guarantees, no synthetic identity advice, and GLBA-safe handling of credit-report NPI.
Zoho may hide immediate cash: aging unpaid accounts and partner/referral metadata should be quantified before choosing later automations.
